About the Author

Eva Pagnone

Eva Pagnone is a Christian girl who loves to draw, loves bread, and loves her family.

Eva is a self-taught artist with a flair for storytelling. It was almost as if she was born with a pencil in one hand and a sketchbook in the other. Ever watchful, she was always drawing and incorporating the world around her into her art. Eva's expressive stick figure art and comic book style progressed as she began honing her self-taught craft into what it is today. From simple and fun to complex and creative, her art captivates the heart.

Drawing inspiration from her beloved dog, two cats, and late hamster, Eva wrote and illustrated her first book, Stanley Wants a Sandwich, in a creative writing class during her senior year of high school at John Adams Academy.

Since that time, she has also illustrated the children's books of other upcoming authors.

Eva looks forward to sharing more stories with you as she continues to write the Stanley Dognone and friends series of children's books.
